Steel stair treads are a kind of stairs used for platforms with steel gratings. According to the installation method, there are generally two types of welding and bolting:
Directly welded to the keel, there is no need to add the side plate of the stepping board, which is relatively economical and durable but not easy to disassemble;
Bolt-fixed treads need thickened side plates on both sides, and holes are drilled on the side plates. The installation is directly fixed by bolts, which can be recycled and reused.
